After the payment, the last step is to confirm the printout. Press Print on the order page and pick up your order.

Do I need to download an app to use the Zeccer printer?

No. Printing should be quick and easy. Just select a printer on the map, add files to print, pay for the order, and confirm the start of printing. No app, no registration, no drivers.

How to find the nearest printer?

A map showing all the available Zeccer print points will be helpful. You can easily browse the map, use the button to find your location to see the nearest points or use the search engine by entering the address you are interested in.

How to add files for printing?

There are two ways to get your printing done. The first one is to select a printer on the map and use the Create an order button. The second one is to send attachments for printing by e-mail to the printer's address. The printer's address is in the details of each v-card.

What file formats does the Zeccer printer support?

The recommended format for printing is PDF. This format guarantees perfect depiction. Of course, you can print text files, including: txt, odt, doc, docx, formats typical for photos: jpeg, jpg, png, and other Office formats.

Can I pay for the order at home and then come to the printer to authorise the printout?

Yes. After the payment is made, a message will appear on the order page with the selection of the action: Print Now or Print Later. You should select Print Later. This way, the specified e-mail address will receive a message with a link to the order which should be opened when you are next to the printer and then you press Print.

After the payment has been made, the printer does not start printing.

Payment does not authorise printing. Once the payment has been made, return to the order page and click PRINT NOW. It is only this action that starts the printing.
